Cantilevered
flow packer with rotating jaws for food and non-food products. This cantilever
configuration facilitates the cleaning of the machine when used with dirty
products.
Powered by four servo motors, one motor to drive the infeed conveyor, one motor
to drive the film feed wheels, one motor to drive the cross sealing unit and
one motor for the outfeed conveyor.
This four-motor configuration offers greater flexibility and wider ranges of
format changes.
This model is equipped with a PLC for storing bag length and sealing
temperature, cleat phasing and jaw speed (99 memory settings possible).
